Purpose of training: The purpose of the training is for line managers, shift managers, and technicians who manage ESD protected areas locally to acquire adequate knowledge for the proper use of local ESD areas and protective devices, and to check their proper use. Students should acquire FULL proficiency with regard to ESD regulations.

During operator training, we help people entering the ESD protected area acquire user-level knowledge.

During the technician education, the knowledge of people staying and working in the ESD protected area for an extended period of time is acquired.

During the coordinator training, students get to know ESD and the means of defense against it on a theoretical and PRACTICAL level. They can learn how to use the protective equipment and tools they have. They can learn everything necessary for effective defense and control. In the framework of the training, the basic principles of electrostatics, charging processes and electrostatic phenomena are explained. Students learn about the harmful consequences of charge accumulation and the dangers it causes. The basic principles of protection and the most common means of protection are presented, as well as the standard measurement methods, instruments and the most important measuring devices used to control EPA areas. During the training, the students get to know the toolbox of active and passive electrostatics, the physics of charging, its effects on the human body, semiconductor devices and flammable materials. The possibilities of measuring charging and the factors affecting it, the recognition of danger and risk, as well as the special means of protection, their operation, the basic principles of the design of the protection system and the control (measurement) possibilities (principles, procedures) are explained. The most important standards and the organizational and economic issues of defense are also described. During a practical session, the students gain proficiency in the use of electrostatic measurement methods, instruments and measuring devices, and in the qualification of materials.

During the auditor training, in addition to the ones listed above, we take over the entire conduct of an ESD protection audit, including documents and measurements. Auditor training is carried out in accordance with the ISO19011 and ISO17021 standards..
